Program Overview

Our Belt Rank Class is for all ages offering 50-minute sessions where students learn the eight poomsae (forms) recognized by World Taekwondo. Students generally take about 2 years to learn all of the forms before becoming eligible for their black belt. We believe that getting your black belt is just the beginning of truly learning taekwondo.

We offer classes for all ages, from young children to adults. Our programs are tailored to different skill levels and goals.

No prior experience is required! We welcome beginners as well as experienced martial artists looking to refine their skills.

Comfortable athletic wear is fine for your first class. If you decide to continue, we'll guide you on getting a uniform and gear.

We recommend attending at least two classes per week for steady improvement, but you can train more frequently based on your goals.

We go beyond physical training to focus on building strong character. Our program is rooted in the values of loyalty, discipline, and perseverance helping students grow into confident, respectful individuals both on and off the mat.
